DESCRIPTION :
Empex UDA 1585 Organic fatty acid esters and amines combined with non ionic surface active agents in mineral fluid.
Empex UDA 1585 is an outstanding additive for demoulding vibrated concrete.

Aspect : pale yellow liquid
Spec. visc at 15°C : 0.905- 0.925 (Typ. 0.913)
Engler visc at40°C : 1.80 - 2.60
Flash point: 165 - 185°C
Neutralisation mg/KOH gr : 8 -12
Mineral oil content: 50% max.
PCA content (IP346) :
 3% max.
DOSAGE :
1. Demoulding vibrated concrete :
a) 4 à 6% EMPEX UDA 1585 in gasoil, light fuel or kero.
b) 2 à 4 % EMPEX UDA 1585 in a thin mineral oil to be emulsified by adding 50% water (invert emulsion) under adequate mixing.

2.Demoulding smooth surface concrete
4 -6 % EMPEX UDA 1585 as emulsifier of paraffinic or naphtic oils.
